We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events, and 1-3 months ahead for large events or during peak season (May-September). However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Yes, we offer delivery, setup, operation, and removal services throughout the Czech Republic. Delivery fees depend on the distance and amount of equipment. Setup and operation services are quoted based on the complexity and duration of your event.
We provide 24/7 technical support for all active rentals. In the rare case of equipment failure, our technicians will troubleshoot remotely or dispatch a technician to your venue with replacement equipment as quickly as possible.
For most standard rentals, we include basic insurance coverage. For high-value equipment or high-risk venues, additional insurance may be required. We can advise on specific requirements during the quotation process.
Yes, rental extensions are possible subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as you know you need an extension to ensure the equipment isn't already booked for another client.
